Cement Masons'

The Cement Masons’ have serviced many industries in our jurisdiction including Automotive, Commercial/Retail, Healthcare/Hospital, Industrial/Manufacturing, Power/Solar, Warehouse, Worship, and more.

The Cement Masons’ were one of the first building trades’ unions in the area to offer a certified apprenticeship program. Pensions that are available to our members are the finest in the industry. The combination of our Health and Welfare plan, Pension, and Annuity plans gives our members financial security while working in the trade, but also through retirement. Through the efforts of the local union and our contractors, the amount of work in the area for Cement Masons continues to increase, and we look forward to a prosperous future.

Plasterers'

The Operative Plasterers represent one of the most noble crafts in the greater Toledo area. In 1946 the union joined with the Contracting Plasterers’ International Association. Through this program the union was able to guarantee a steady flow of qualified plasterers’ to the ever expanding construction industry. We recently celebrated our International unions 150th anniversary and are proud to be members of the oldest building and construction trades union in the United States, tracing our roots back to 1864.
